How we got here
Rancilio has been producing world-class coffee equipment since 1927. Egro introduced its first coffee machine in 1934. After decades of independent development, the two brands were fully joined in 2011.
Rancilio North America was established in 1999 as the sales, technical support, warehousing, and distribution center. Despite changes and expansions, we’ve always been centrally located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, IL.
Who we are today
Our team is comprised of coffee equipment experts that bring experience from all corners of the industry. In addition to Sales and Service, our Logistics, Quality Control, and Accounting teams (among others!) help provide comprehensive support for our partners.
