What is bean-to-cup coffee?
Bean-to-cup coffee is when whole bean coffee is ground and brewed fresh by the cup, fully automatically, at the push of a button.
How many different coffees can I serve using the Touch Coffee?
The Touch Coffee has four hoppers, so you can put four different coffees into the machine. You can serve just those four, or you can blend hoppers together - say 50/50 of a house blend and a decaf to create a half-caf option.
What’s the limit of the amount of blends I could make?
There is no real limit! You can do 50/50, 25/75, whatever you or your customers would like.
How much coffee can each hopper hold?
Each of the four hoppers on the machine holds one kilogram or 2.2 pounds of coffee. Without refilling the machine at all, if you were brewing the maximum dose of the brew chamber, you could brew 200 coffees.
What coffee can I use?
You can use any whole bean coffee. Anything from your darkest dark roasts to your lightest light roasts, decaf or fully caffeinated, single origins or blends. The only coffee that we would potentially have folks steer away from is heavily chemically flavored coffees.
Can this machine make hot and cold coffee?
Yes, the Touch Coffee can make regular hot coffee or cooled coffee can be brewed over ice at a temperature that does not dilute the ice.
What size cups can I put under the spout?
Underneath the spout, which is adjustable to the height of your cup, is a limit of 7.5 inches which is the common height of a 20 ounce cup. However, if you have a cup taller than that, for instance a travel cup, there is a side spout on the machine that will allow you to use a taller cup.
There is also an option that you can program called 'jug of coffee' which allows you to create numerous brews on top of each other to fill an entire container of coffee like Joe To Go box or gallon sized containers.
Can I add my own branding?
Yes! Everything from the on-screen logos, to the wallpaper, to the screensaver can be customized. There is even space for an advertisement during the dispensing of the coffee. It is a fully customizable interface.
Is the Next Touch Coffee ADA-compliant?
The Touch Coffee is ADA-compliant with the additional ADA screen. This screen can be mounted anywhere within four feet of the machine, so you can custom tailor it to the needs of the space.
What do I need for set-up?
For setup you need an independent water line, 220V of electricity, a hole in your counter for your drain line, and an optional hole in the counter if you want to get the under-counter ground chute, which allows for more volume.
How do I clean the Next Touch Coffee?
It's super easy. To clean the next touch coffee, you tap the icon in the upper right-hand corner that looks like three drops of water which will take you to the cleaning screen. You will then select your daily coffee cleaning, and the machine will walk you through every step of the process. You use an Egro branded cleaning tablet and press okay. The whole cleaning takes about 3 minutes, or 6 minutes if you're also using the iced side of the machine.

Hot water is available through the Touch Coffee! That means you can serve tea, as well. So, you don't need an additional hot water tower to accommodate your occasional (or not so occasional) tea drinker! Save counter space with the Touch Coffee.
